Bylaw 2434 – Upper Columbia Valley Zoning
The Regional District of East Kootenay (RDEK) Board of Directors is considering an amendment to the Upper Columbia Valley Zoning Bylaw. If approved, the bylaw will amend the campground regulations applicable to the subject property.
Cited as “Bylaw No. 900, 1992 – Amendment Bylaw No. 280, 2013 (Dutch Creek Resort / RDEK)” will amend the zoning regulations of the subject property to enable completion of an in-process campground development which has been partially completed under the previous regulations.
A public hearing will be held at:

Tuesday, March 26, 2012 at 4:00 pm
The Board has delegated the holding of this hearing to the Directors for Electoral Area F and Electoral Area G.
If you believe that your interest in property is affected by the proposed Bylaw, you may prior to the hearing:
• inspect the Bylaw and supporting information at the RDEK office in Cranbrook from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, excluding
• mail, fax or email written submissions to the addresses/numbers shown below; or
• present written and/or verbal submissions at the hearing.
Submissions cannot be accepted after the public hearing.
